PLR License (Private Label Rights)
This license explains what you can and cannot do with PLRFast products. Last updated: 2026-02-22.
This PLR License applies to digital products sold or provided by PLRFast at https://plr.raqmiy.com/ (the “Website”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our PLR products (the “Products”), you agree to follow the rules below. If a specific product page includes special terms, those terms override this license for that product.
1. Definitions
- PLR: Content you can rebrand, edit, and use as your own within this license.
- End User: Your customer, reader, or subscriber who receives your final version.
- Source Files: Editable files included with the product (e.g., DOCX, PPTX, Canva link, PSD).
- Final Product: Your edited/rebranded version (PDF, website content, course, etc.).
2. What You CAN Do
✓ Use & Rebrand
- Edit, rewrite, translate, and customize the content.
- Add your brand (name, logo, colors) and claim authorship of your edits.
- Use the content on your website, blog, emails, or social media.
✓ Create Products
- Turn PLR into ebooks, lead magnets, checklists, templates, or courses.
- Bundle products with your own bonuses.
- Use content inside paid memberships or gated areas.
✓ Sell With Changes
- Sell your modified final product to end users.
- Use as a bonus for another paid offer.
- Publish as part of a larger work (e.g., a course module).
✓ Use for Clients
- Create content for your own business or your clients.
- Client work is allowed if you deliver a customized final version.
- You remain responsible for license compliance.
3. What You CANNOT Do
✕ Resell/Share Source Files
- Do not sell, share, gift, or distribute source files as-is.
- Do not upload source files to “free download” sites, torrents, or file-sharing platforms.
- Do not claim ownership of the original, unmodified PLR files.
✕ Sell “As-Is” PLR
- Do not sell the product without meaningful edits (no “copy-paste resale”).
- Do not repackage and resell as PLR/Resell Rights/MRR unless explicitly stated on the product page.
- Do not create a competing PLR store by redistributing our PLR library.
✕ Misuse Branding & Claims
- Do not use Google, Meta, TikTok, or other trademarks in a misleading way.
- Do not claim “official” affiliation with third parties.
- Do not use the content for illegal, hateful, or harmful purposes.
✕ Sell to Other PLR Sellers
- Do not sell your version as PLR to other sellers unless the product page grants that right.
- Do not provide “resell rights” to others without written permission.
4. “Meaningful Modification” Requirement
To sell a product based on our PLR, you must make meaningful modifications. Examples include rewriting sections, adding unique examples, changing structure, adding worksheets, updating design/formatting, translating with localization, and adding your own expertise.
- OK: rewrite + new cover + new layout + added bonus checklist.
- Not OK: change only the title/cover and resell everything else unchanged.
5. Attribution
Attribution is not required. You may publish the final product under your brand name. However, you must not misrepresent third-party endorsements or certifications.
6. Prohibited Content & Compliance
- No illegal content, scams, phishing, or deceptive marketing.
- No medical/legal/financial claims without proper qualifications and compliance.
- You are responsible for GDPR/CCPA and email marketing compliance for your audience.
7. Refunds & Access
Digital products are delivered instantly. Refunds (if any) follow our store policy. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact support using the link below.
